How to donate and/or purchase from our store.

Welcome to the Family Life Ministries Ltd Store and thanks for shopping with us we appreciate your support.

The following guide is provided to help the new web shoppers use our site and to help you understand what is going on at any given point in the process. It may be helpful to print this out so you can access it readily.

1. From the home page left mouse click on "Welcome to the Store" to be taken to our store where you can purchase or donate,
2. Choose the category you would like to view within this category, from the menu on the left of the page.
3. If you would like to then see other products then left click on the "Back Button."
4. If you would like to buy or donate then left click on the “Buy Now” button. and type in the quantity you would like. Then press the “Update” button. At this point you should left click the “Continue shopping” or “Check out” button to confirm your choice. Don't worry as you can delete this, or any other items, up to the time you finally confirm your order.
5. When it is time that you wish to pay for your items simply make your payment and postage method choices further down the shopping cart screen. Your payment choices are EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer, over the internet), Direct Deposit (made at a branch, into our bank account), Cheque, PayPal or Credit Card. Your postage options are Regular Mail, Express Post or Customer's Courier which means you have spoken to us about picking the goods up via your courier or personally. The default service is "Regular Post" which costs less than 10% of the value of your order with a minimum cost or $5. Now left click the "Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.
6. If you chose the "Credit Card" payment option enter your card details here. At this stage you are in part of our site that is secured and controlled by Commonwealth Bank Commweb It looks like our site but this page is controlled by their well monitored security. Your Credit Card details cannot be viewed by us at this point nor at any time in the future.
7. If you chose any of the other payment options you will now be in the "Enter Details" page where, you guessed it, you enter your address details in order for us to post the goods to you. If you would like to add your details to our database click "Sign up" at the top of the screen. There you will be asked to enter the very same details but will not have to do this in your future shopping. Once you have entered your details via “Sign Up” or in this “Enter Details” page peruse the “Terms and Conditions” and check the box to show you have done so. Click on "Confirm Your Order" at the bottom of the page. If you would like to leave any specific message re delivery then do so here in the spaces provided.
8. This is the time to double check that your purchase and details before clicking “Finalise Order” at the bottom of the page. You can log our or close your program any time you wish now.
9. Sit back and relax. You have completed your order and you will receive a confirmation soon by e-mail. Well done!
